| 1987 | Keltic
Systems (UK) Ltd. is formed, and provides software engineering and project management
services to German companies working on the Eurofighter (Typhoon) project.

| 1991 | Keltic
Systems (IOM) Ltd. purchases the UK business and continues trading in Germany.
|
| 1993 | Heron
Cottage is purchased in Cornwall, UK, and Keltic Properties is formed to manage the
lettings.

| 1998 | Keltic
Properties purchases additional villas and chalets - bringing the total number of
properties to 5.
|
| 2000 | Keltic
Properties expands to 6 properties
|
| 2002 | Keltic
Properties expands to 7 properties, and changes its trading name to Keltic Holidays.

| 2003 | Keltic
Holidays expands to 8 properties Keltic Alpacas is launched, and buys 'Gandalf' , 'Brandybuck' , and 'Simon'.

| 2004 | Keltic
Holidays purchases an apartment in the French Alps, and forms Keltic Alpine Holidays

| 2005 | Keltic
Services is launched. Keltic Alpacas buys 'Lucy' to start the breeding programme

Services launches the Golf Management Service, offering event management and bespoke
software solutions.

| 2010 | Keltic
Services launches a Life Coaching service to compliment its "Psychology in
Business" services.

View villas are handed over to John Fowler Holidays to manage on our behalf. Heron Cottage is sold. |
